How to submit your reponse
There are several ways to submit your response to the SWLP Team.
We've detailed these below in the order that we would recommend.

1. Send an email
Submitting a response via the Consultation Portal is a convoluted process. It requires you to register and then scroll through the online version of the SWLP to find the section that you want to respond to.
The Green Party website does have some guidance to try and make this process easier, but the consensus of opinion is that the easiest way to submit a response is to email the SWLP team at swlp@warwickdc.gov.uk.

2. SWLP Consultation Portal
If you haven't already, you will need to register to use the Portal. You can do this by clicking on "Register" at the top right hand corner.
The Green Party guidance page does explain how to get to the areas you want to comment on more easily and the SWLP team have provided a video which talks you through the key steps.

3. Write a letter

If you are going to respond in a letter, make sure that it reaches the SWLP Team before the deadline of 7 March. Any responses received after this date will not be considered.
If you need some guidance, the SWLP website does have a comment form available for download. Our recommendation is to avoid using this - it is not user friendly!

Engage with the PARISH COUNCIL. District and County Councillors attend these meetings and want your input.
Attend the PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS and make your views known.
